I'm now back in Kampar on my trusty 'ol lappie typing this out and trying to clear my irritatingly blocked nose. Aiks.
Feels good to be back here, honestly.

Spent this sem break meaningfully and happily with my families n friends. During this sem break, it made me realise how much my families love me and makes me cherish them more. Although i din show it, but i'm REALLY REALLY GRATEFUL for everything my dear families have done for me.I love you all^^
Especially happy that Shawn boy still rmbs me :')
Daddy had to accompany me for two days to make my freaking passport cos i didn't bring my BC back to JB. Caused alot of unnecessary trouble cos we had to go and reprint my BC and then apply for passport again hais. Sorry daddy, i know you're tired out =(

Planned to go to SG on the day i did my passport but the plan didn't go through cos we had to go to the agency n book tickets for the Universal Studios SG trip. So for dinner we had something nice in early celebration of my sis' birthday =)
I wanted to have Korean BBQ but for that we need a budget of about Rm200+ *gasp*
A nice japanese restaurant that feels like somebody's home. Haha apparently the owner+cook is a Japanese staying in M'sia.
For the next day, we went to Universal Studios SG. It was my first time to SG in like, 10 years!
Haha so i was actually kinda excited when passing the customs. Went by bus with the travel agency..Alot of gamblers were on the bus though, to go to the casino xD

The inside of U.Studios is incredibly detailed and nicely constructed! It totally feels like another place inside, a mix of various themed towns. The workers there have different outfits at different towns! Ppl in Far Far Away were dressed like elves(or dwarf slaves??), the Jurrasic Park workers wore safari wear, and cool stuff like that.

The two pics below were taken at the Steven Spielberg's Special Effects Studio. From the first pic it shows a dock(or jetty?) with some boats and three big windows at the back. Then we were shown some special effects they did in movies, to show us how real everything is.
I WAS AMAZED AND PSYCHED after seeing all those. Though i couldn't take pictures or videos, i gotta tell you, that thing is really awesome! We experienced a huge thunderstorm that took off the walls/windows, saw things crash and burn, saw the water surface burn(see 2nd pic) and got scared of an incoming ship crashing through the studio wall. Words cannot express the amazingness of the special effects. Haha. Then when we came out, my sis had tears streaming down her face. When we asked her what happened, she kept repeating "超帅~超帅！". I guess she was too awestruck O__O

Then we watched a 4D movie for the first time in Shrek's 4D Adventure. It was a nice experience, but i dun like it when the water sprays on us. Ugh =P
Had lunch in Jurrasic Park! The rides there were tame, and my brother loved it (he used to like Jurrasic Park so much he replayed the DVD everyday at home for months until i could memorize the lines. lol )
The food court was designed exactly like in the movie!
The indoor rollercoaster ride in Egypt has to be the most unforgettable ride i ever took before. It was a long long queue but definitely worth it! It follows the storyline from the movie, The Mummy Returns. The visual effects were amazing, through and through thrilling with the sound effects perfectly matching the feel of horror inside. My poor brother was scared witless and my sis dun dare to open her eyes through some parts of the ride but i kept my eyes open and screamed till i was out of breath haha cos it was just too good to be missed! Amazing visuals, thumbs up to U.studios.

After a long day at the theme park, we went for dinner. Dad and mum had free dinner in the casino thanks to the food vouchers given by the agency.
Us kids had to go to Toast Box for our dinner. Haha. My brother made me angry cos he wouldn't eat properly and kept playing with his food. I got so annoyed i scolded him again =x

Went outside after dinner and saw the nice view there..There was a water show at the fountain (pic below). i took a video and it was pretty nice. This trip had alot of visual enjoyment =)
All in all, this family trip was expensive and tiring but worth it. It was an amazing experience with my beloved family and i'm glad for the family time its given me. I will go there next time for sure! Thanks to my family for spending time n money on this :')
Then for the last day of my holiday in JB i went out with Yan, Ah Tang n Kaijie =) We went for redbox and then mango ice at the old place in JB! Aaah i missed that shop so much.

The comfy place for mango ice is one of my fave places in JB. It holds LOTS OF MEMORIES. Sometimes thinking about that place brings alot of feelings(not just memories, but real feelings) back to me. Can i go back to the carefree years of studying n tuitioning in JB? Haha.
Today we cleaned out our room! Got rid of all the accumulated dust, bug carcass and wiped everywhere squeaky clean ^^ My nose itched badly and i was sneezing non-stop but its worth all the hard work.
