It took us a few days to get settled and surprisingly, i wasn’t all that homesick like i thought i would be. Haha.
So far its been great here, we each have our own bikes and went to register at UTAR. Campus was real nice, pretty like how i imagined it =)
Our dorm room is great too, though kinda small. Its homey and we have practically everything we need. In Kampar, got bike got everything lah.
We can cycle to the shops nearby for meals, and uni is real near to our house, and we found shortcuts to Tesco. 
The food here is okay-okay lah. Very much like the usual stuff we had in JB. But then is waaay cheaper! Haha perfect for a glutton like me.
Hmm about food. We found a nice place for ice blended (my personal fave), and went there after dinner for some cooling stuff(MANGO ICE ASKLDHAGFGH).
OMG the weather is freaking hot here.
Cycling all the way to the shops and back got us all sweaty and panting (I swear, we all got darker already in less than a week). Thank god we have a fridge in the common area.
Hmm Yan lives with her gran for now and stays over at our dorm in weekends. Laopo sleeps over in our room often too (she’s living in the 2nd floor in her own room while i share one room with Xchi). And i’m in the same stream+tutorial group as Xchi. Hopefully that means we’re in the same class. Yan’s in our stream too but different tutorial groups. We have classes together at least once a day though. Laopo’s in a totally different stream cos she’s studying business.
CLASSES START TOMORROW!! I’m so hyped+nervous.
I don’t even know where my class is. Aish.
But as i said, i like the campus ^^ Teehee. It looks cool lah, got uni feel xD
We skipped most of the orientation cos it was mostly talks and stuff. But we did familliarize ourselves around.
The internet sucks in here (screw P1, i want streamyx!). Getting online depends on your luck lol it disconnects and slows down terribly. But still on good days we have okay connection and watch shows on PPS together. I’m typing this in Microsoft Word right now cos the darn internet disconnected again and won’t load blogger. Zzz.
That day while cycling around we found that there was a park+playground by the lake (right beside our housing area) and since then we went for walks and viewing the lake before dinner everyday.
i think we lead a healthy lives here lol waking up and cycling with all that good air and walks by the park. Lots of exercise =P I sweat a lot too(thanks to the hot weather).Living by ourselves isn’t that hard. Haha we have free laundry service (LOL dobi is just opposite my house, just a few steps away), while we clean the room every week.
Spent the first weekend here in our room watching movies on my laptop and eating snacks. Haha.
Watched Kaiji (lmao we were like, “huh? It that it??” after finishing the whole thing), Child’s Play 1 and 2 (Rmb Chucky the Killer Doll?). Chucky wasn’t that scary lah, but still we had fun watching.
Hope classes go well jor..I wanna know how to add japanese to my list of subs ><><
And i have a whole day of maths on Friday. /facepalm
